Introduction

This project is a culmination of six years of effort resulting in a database containing abstracts of every deed for every property within the town boundary of North Beach from 1900 to December 2025. These abstracts contain detailed information on each of these properties and help link the present day with the past. The Timeline History of North Beach provides a brief look at some of the pivotal events in the history of the town. The How To guide explains how to use the Chains of Title and how to read the abstracts. Lastly, the Chains of Title contains all the chains of title for each property in North Beach, organized by their address as of December 2025.
